The length of an extra length bed or mattress is 200cm.

Our standard single bed or mattress size is 92 cm wide x 188 cm length

We recommend a king or queen size mattress for couples in the main bedroom.

How do I apply for a refund?
The store where your purchase was made or where the delivery originated will assist you with the refund process. You can contact the store directly or reach us through our WhatsApp Line for further assistance.
What do I need to provide to apply for Guarantee/ warranty claim?
An original invoice is Compulsory to file a guarantee or warranty claim; you may seek assistance with the process from the store where you purchased the bed or the store that delivered your online order.

Can I layby a bed?
Yes, Layby is currently only available in store. You can visit your nearest store to layby your ideal bed with 6 to 12 months to pay. Terms and conditions apply.

How do I place an online order?
All you need to do is browse our website, add the product of your choice in cart and proceed to checkout.
Is it safe to place an order online?

How can I pay for my online order?
We offer multiple payment options for online shopping, choose the method that works best for you.

How do I follow up on my online order?
After placing an order online, you should receive a call from one of our stores who will be assisting you with your order. If they do not call within the first 48 hours, you can contact us via our WhatsApp line to follow up and they will assist you.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery lead times are indicated on all products. Please note that some items may take longer to deliver than others especially if it’s an extra length or custom order. We will indicate during the checkout process or the store will call and advise which items may delay your order.
Can I choose when the my order gets delivered?
Yes, you can indicate in your order notes when you want the order delivered and confirm when we call you. Please keep in mind that delivery is subject to stock availability.
If I want my bed tomorrow or on a certain days how do I make sure I get it on that day?
Please contact our Sleep Experts via WhatsApp before placing your order. We will verify stock availability and confirm if delivery on that day is possible.
If my order was damaged upon delivery, what do I do?
We understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately to arrange for collection and exchange. Alternatively, if the driver is still at your premises, please send the stock back and make a note on the delivery note.

What is your delivery policy?

Delivery prices differ and are determined by the location.

  • Delivery within 20 kilometres from any The Bed Shop Store is R350 per delivery
  • Deliveries of merchandise to addresses further than 20 kilometres from a store must be negotiated with the relevant store.
