180 NIGHT COMFORT EXCHANGE – YOUR SLEEP, YOUR WAY

HOW TO QUALIFY FOR THE 180 NIGHT COMFORT EXCHANGE:

• Simply purchase a mattress or bed set valued at R4999 or more (normal price) and a Mattress Protector from the Bed Shop.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU’VE MADE YOUR PURCHASE:

• Your bed and mattress protector will be delivered by the Bed Shop or one of our trusted partners.
• Please inspect your bed on delivery to ensure it’s in perfect condition—things can happen during delivery, so it’s always best to check.
• Once you’re happy, sign your proof of delivery and keep it safe, along with your proof of purchase, just in case you want to exchange your bed later.
• Give your new bed at least 30 nights to adjust to your body. Trust us, it takes time to get used to a new mattress!

EXCHANGING YOUR BED (BETWEEN 31 TO 180 NIGHTS):

• If, after 31 nights, you’re not in love with your new bed, you can exchange it for one of equal or higher value.

WHAT’S NOT COVERED BY THE 180 NIGHT COMFORT EXCHANGE:

• Special sizes that have been custom made for you.
• This exchange doesn’t apply to clearance items, floor models, pillows, or mattress protectors.

HOW THE EXCHANGE WORKS:

• Only one exchange per bed on the original purchase. Mattress only.
• The replacement bed cannot cost less than your original bed. If it costs more, you’ll just need to pay the difference.
• The mattress must be in 100% perfect condition for the comfort exchange. Absolutely no stains, or marks allowed. Should the mattress be damaged in any way, the exchange is invalid.
• An admin fee of R1000 and a delivery fee will apply to the exchange.

TO QUALIFY FOR AN EXCHANGE:

• Mattress Protector: Make sure to use the mattress protector to keep your bed in tip-top condition.
• Your bed must be clean, undamaged, and in sanitary condition. If it’s damaged, stained, or unsanitary, it won’t qualify for an exchange.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• The 180 Night Comfort Exchange doesn’t affect your manufacturer’s warranty.
• You still have all your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, if applicable.
